Joe has a huge client base. Our property was initially selling through another agent. After a couple of months, hundreds of inspections, the property failed to sell. Joe called us to check our asking price. Then he called one of his overseas clients. The contract was signed with only one inspection from his client. Unfortunately, the contract collapsed the buyer unable to get finance. (we got to keep 5% deposit). We put the property back on the market. But it really struggled in a softening market. No less than five agents(include Joe) come up to us and tried and none succeeded. Just when we have given up all hope of securing a sell for the property. The lightning struck twice. Joe called us again and find a buyer from his client base. The best aspect of dealing with Joe is his straight talking, no hard sell manner. He would ask us the price we want to achieve and if it is achievable he will just get on the job and hit his phone. A lot of agents we had dealt with would promise the world at first and if the property is not selling well. They would come back to us for a long hard talk and put extra pressure on us in an already unpleasant situation. Joe had done none of that. If the property was not selling well he will give us a quick phone call explaining the situation. It's totally our call if we want to do. I strongly recommend giving Joe a try especially in this soft market he pulled two rabbits from his hats for us. He might have one or two rabbits left in his hat for you.
