I just wanted to thank Gem for all of his assistance and commend him for his credibility and for being proactive. It is really different making the decision to invest in a property, and even more difficult finding a good property and making the purchase, especially in the current market. Gem really went above and beyond and I knew I could trust him and the information he was giving me about the property. He has a great work ethic and does what he says, without making empty promises. It was really a seamless process were Gem advised of the property, organised an inspection time and took care of rest once I had agreed to make the purchase.
