We had booked and paid or a 5 week holiday in France. Before we left Australia, we contacted Steve on a preliminary basis about the sale of our Little Bay apartment. Steve made himself available to jump in quickly to talk about our needs. We had a short discussion and he immediately agreed to take on the sale of our apartment whilst we were away. No fuss no hassle. Whilst we were away, Steve and Nick kept us absolutely in the loop on what was happening around the sale. We had some curly issues going on with Strata which Steve managed without a flinch. Sadly, Steve had a death in his family whilst we were away. Nick filled in for him....totally seamless. The day before we arrived home, Steve had an unconditional sale. Price was as forecast. Steve and Nick took care of gardens, cleaning, presentation, photos and advertising. I signed the contact on the morning of my return to Oz. Cannot fault a single thing in Steve's management of our sale. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
