Amanda would call me everyday constantly keeping me up to date on the progress of the sale and providing me with good advice. The service was outstanding. I love Steve and want him across the road from me forever.His presentation is superb.I am used to agents walking me through all the selling points but Steve left me to my own tour and I felt more comfortable with that and it meant I could revisit a room etc and get a better feel for the place.He was always available for questions or wandering to the room or later on the phone when other questions came to mind.He has an innate sense of a purchasers true interest in a property which doesn't come to the forefront until necessary.I like that tactic. As a purchaser I could decide without interference, and should it lead to nothing Steve will then step in with encouragement usually gaining success.Little Bay is Steve's baby. Little Bay, one of Sydney's best kept secrets of paradise.Steve sells his baby well with excellence.I know he covers other areas and I'm sure he is the same everywhere.Steve is great.
