There were alot of challenges with our property including a falling market and the property requiring work to be ready for sale. Nathan firstly coordinated all the trades people to complete the work in less than 2 weeks. Following this he led a strategic off market campaign. So Nathan and us had a full circle back, we bought the property from him and then sold our property 6 years later also through him.
