Nathan and his team worked tirelessly throughout our campaign. Nathan’s approach is down to earth & empathetic. He made time for us, working to our schedule with several after hours meetings, taking the many interruptions of our young children in his stride. A great communicator, Nathan did well to manage our expectations throughout the campaign in a hard market whilst not shying away from a challenge, treating all parties with respect.

In my time as a buyer, I was involved in negotiations for several different properties, but my negotiation experience and interactions with Nathan, irrespective of the final property sale outcome, were the best of all. He was always incredibly responsive as well as proactive and when it was required was not afraid to have the difficult conversations. Working with Nathan, you would see any honesty/genuineness you provided returned which made for a much better negotiation experience

Steph has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish it what was a complex and difficult sale due to market conditions. Steph is super responsive, creative in her approach and has such high integrity when dealing with her clients. Steph has been so resilient given quite tough market conditions and always so helpful whenever I had questions. She is such a good agent and clearly very passionate about the industry and getting the best for her clients.

From the beginning I knew I had made an excellent choice in working with Nathan. He explained the situation we were entering into, clearly and concisely and that's something I value immensely. He outlined the market conditions, the plan for the sale, the expectations we should have and made himself available for any questions that arose. Nathan not only executed on the plan but he gave us regular updates from the beginning, I never felt like I had to chase him for information and he made a potentially stressful situation into a pleasurable one. My family and I really appreciate Nathan helping us move onto our next dream home. Thankyou Nathan.

Big effort on her part to sell my apartment in a difficult post election market so the persistence was much appreciated.

We recently sold our property off-market and we needed to sell it quickly but not compromising on the sale price. Thankfully, we were in good hands with Cameron Airlie and Conor Howard, our elected agents, who not only achieved a quick sale but achieved an excellent sale price for our property. Their potential buyer contact list was invaluable as was their professional and courteous manner during the whole sale process. We can highly recommend them.

Cameron and team are the sort of people you want to have involved in a transaction that, for most, is a very big deal. Cameron is fair and treats both vendor and buyer as equals with none of the usual shinanigans. He works hard to ensure both sides are clear on the T&Cs and are happy with the outcome. Thanks for a very pleasurabe experience and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this team to act for anyone.
