Joe was very helpful and professional in all his dealings with us and the sale of our property. He was very considerate to any special circumstances that we requested with regards to the sellers needs. Joe was very helpful in organising many aspects of our home with suggesting those that could help us clean up and to deal with the sale. We would highly recommend Joe for the sale of your home.

Joe is the real deal, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else in my corner. Joe's modern methods are balanced nicely with good old fashioned genuine service. From my first phone call Joe's enthusiasm, knowledge and can do attitude was reassuring and instilled confidence my home would sell quickly for the suggested price. And after 1 weekend on the market, SOLD it was! If you are looking for someone professional and results orientated, I cannot recommend Joe and his team highly enough.
Joe Recep
Joe Recep provided an outstanding service and secured us an excellent price in a matter of a couple weeks! Joe kept us constantly updated, delivered on what was promised and brought along all of his professional crew to get our property ready to market in an incredible short period of time. Joe has the market knowledge, ability to build buyer interest and negotiate a great price. I would have no hesitation in working with Joe & team again! Thank you!

Evan and Theo Were professional to the core throughout the process and managed the transaction with respect and dedication to maximising the price at auction, which they did skillfully and tirelessly. We achieved a record for the apartment and the building, well above the reserve price. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had an excellent selling experience in 2022 with Joe Recep & Tara O'Dwyer- NG Farah Kingsford. After a false start with a different agent we put our trust into Joe & Tara's hands to sell our home. From our first meeting, we were impressed with Joe's local knowledge, work ethic and vision, and it was clear they were prepared to work hard to get us the best result - which they did. They are very professional, approachable and reliable. We would not hesitate to recommend them anyone selling in the area.
