Craig is a very experienced and well respected agent in Coffs. He has a great knowledge of the market in Coffs Harbour. Craig has numerous clients that know that he has the contacts and leads to sell your property in a reasonable time frame. Equally if you are looking to buy a property Craig has a series of properties in different price ranges. Overall I would not go to any other realestate but Nolan and Partners especially if You have Craig on onboard as your agent.

We had a few issues; Emily forgot to inform the purchaser that the second kitchen was not council approved. She also forgot about the AC not working and put it in the add and on the contract and I didn't pick it up. She tried to convince me to take a lower offer but i stood firm and we finally got what we wanted. Finally the lack of communication about what was staying and what was to go was not 100%. she was friendly and worked hard I believe.
