Craig had a great understanding of the area market and used this combined with his professionalism to achieve an outstanding timely result. He made extra effort to negotiate with potential buyers and our existing tenant. Craig will be the first person we speak to for real estate in the Coffs Harbour region.

Craig's experience in (and knowledge of) the real estate industry, is second to none. He gave us sound advice throughout the buying and selling process and always kept us in the loop, advising on progress and answering any queries we had along the way. Nothing was every too much trouble. Craig is friendly and outgoing and therefore very easy to communicate with. He is ably supported by his executive assistant, Felicia, who is warm, obliging and efficient.

My sale story is unique, in that I live in Sydney and my sale was not, so I never meet Craig face to face. This meant I was extremely reliant on clear communication and passage of information from Craig to ensure that everything went smoothly. Craig went above and beyond time and time again to assist the sale of my property. He worked very hard to find a sale for my home, dealing with several challenges along the way with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Craig if you require a sales agent who will always make you feel like your sale is his sale. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I feel anyone in the future who is looking for a sales agent, would have to go a long way to find anyone with the commitment Craig showed to me.

Kendall was very understanding with bereavement and the difficulty with selling the family home. I have no hesitation in recommending her. She gave plenty of notice when showing the house. Kendall was recommended to me by others.
