Craig was helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. Craig kept us informed, was personable and always professional in our dealings with him. Would recommend to family and friends and use to assist if we ever decide to sell in the future.

We were umming and ahhing about selling the house and a low evaluation from another agent made us even more reticent. Craig gave us an evaluation that we were much more comfortable with and was very confident that it was achieveable. He gave us great direction about preparing our house for sale and how to market it and it all came off with 3 offers at our first open at the price that Craig had indicated he expected and then with some negotiation managed to get us a truly awesome price. The whole process was painless and we were well informed every step of the way. Having seen how Craig and Felicia work as a team at opens and bought our new house from Craig I can also vouch for his communication from the buyers side...... literally could not be happier or recommend highly enough!! Thanks so much!

We are really pleased with the service we received from Craig and the Nolans agency as a whole. They had a large database of buyers activily looking for property, great communication and fantastic marketing. Craig was able to secure a very good result for us in a short time frame. 10/10 would recommend.

We found Kendall to be most helpful in the assistance and support required for us to buy our home in Sawtell. She was readily available, communicated well and answer queries and provided advice in a friendly and professional manner throughout the purchase process. Happy to recommend herself and Nolan's to anyone thinking of buying and selling in this region. Rhonda Dodd & Michael Ryan

We selected Kendall / Nolans to sell our house in Coffs Harbour inMarch 2018. We found Kendall to be professional and a pleasure to deal with. Her advice was solid, the time she spent discussing the marketing of our home was extensive and her communication was really good. During negations for the sale Kendall's communication was regular and detailed & we secured the sale at the asking price in very quick time. We would highly recommend Kendall & the team at Nolans to any prospective seller.
