Craig achieved a fantastic result for us on the sale of our Coffs Harbour property despite some challenging complexities including- 1) The fact that we no longer live in Coffs Harbour and I travel extensively for work. 2) There are tennants in place currently renting the house. 3) The first buyer withdrew their offer five days after submitting it simply because they "changed their minds"! All of this required Craig to communicate with a number of different parties who had different needs and expectations. As well as working through the various challenges of managing all of the different parties agendas. We were very happy with the result and thw process!
