We cannot fault Andrew’s service. Not only did he go above and beyond for us by making himself available to let in photographers, building inspectors and bank valuers when they needed access to our property so we didn’t have to take time off, Andrew also achieved a record sale price for our complex and almost $80k more for us than we expected! Andrew is very knowledgeable and provided us with honest advice on the property we were purchasing, making our decisions easier hearing it from someone that knows the market and legalities around the buying and selling process. Andrews marketing was excellent, very detailed and the photos were perfect. We had a massive turn out on the first open home and Andrew had his work cut out for him. He got back to every single person who came to see the home all the while keeping us informed on who was interested and the offers coming in along with his advice on what to do.
