As interstate owners we have used Ray White for over 5 years now and rely on the professional services that an agent and thoughtful staff carry out on your behalf to ensure everything is carried out to your satisfaction. They most certainly took the stress out of looking for and applying for a rental by being easily available and answering any questions we had. They processed our applications so fast and kept us informed the whole way through. The sign up pack is very helpful and clear, making the process even smoother. I had a really quick process for my application. I was able to view the property at a time convenient with me, and only a few days later I had approval. Once in, any property issues have been quickly dealt with. The property was unknown the agent and only recently purchased by the landlord so it seems we are finding all the issues which isn't great but we love the property and location.
