Great Agent
we were very happy to use Matthew and his team. With a limited amount of time available to us we had to choose an agent to sell our property. Mathew was enthusiastic with his research done and did not waste our time with an inflated market appraisal to secure our business. He was honest. His ongoing communication with us was thorough and resulted in achieving a most desirable result for both us and the new owner.

The most attentive agent I've dealt with
Matthew made sure our purchase proceeded smoothly and even the 3rd party inspectors said he was one of the good guys in the industry. He's a tough but fair negotiator and keeps to his word. e.g made sure repairs done properly as part of settlement.

Could not have asked for more
From start to finish Matthew and his team were a pleasure to do partner with. Local knowledge is absolutely critical and Matthew and his team are the best in the business. The process was extremely comfortable from start to finish and took the stress out of an otherwise stressful process.
