What I can see is that my dealings with One Agency were always positive, honest and open. One Agency went of their way to ensure I had access to the property of our interest which at the same time supports the seller in selling their property quickly. They don't undervalue, and they ensure the price is reflective of the market and the property potential. I was particularly impressed with their after sales service. Even after settlement, One Agency answered queries promptly and ensured any issues I had were sorted asap - even when technically they didn't have to do so (as the sale was complete).
