Despite coronavirus hitting early in our sales campaign, Sandy and her team got us through unscathed and to a result we are absolutely delighted with. Finding tenants quickly when the market looked very uncertain, hitting the ground running when the tenants broke their lease, arranging a freshen up of paint and carpet and getting the house back on the market in just 2 weeks and then selling the property within a week for a great price, nothing was too much trouble for the sales and property management teams working together.
