A diligent and talented agent
Sandy is a diligent and talented agent. Before we met Sandy the journey to sell our house was so epic that I was unsure that it would ever happen. Sandy's dedicated effort achieved our desired result without compromise, I would recommend Sandy if you are looking to either sell or buy a home.

Fantastic agent, highly recommend
Sandy is very knowledgeable, friendly, happy to explain everything, had good supplier recommendations, tenacious about getting the best price, went above and beyond for us including coming to see us on her day off and was fantastic to work with.

Highly recommended
The price that Sandy achieved was beyond all my expectations. She conducted open days at least twice a week and also showed the house at other times. She and her staff were always friendly and professional. It's a pity that 5 stars is the maximum, because I would have liked to give them more.

We chose Sandy as our agent for two reasons. Sandy had achieved great results in Kambah and knew the area and market well. A friend had also used Sandy and was very impressed. Sandy provided practical advice on readying our home for sale. We trusted her to negotiate for the best price. An offer more than we expected was negotiated within a week and contracts exchanged soon after. She kept in touch with us regularly during the sale process. We highly recommend Sandy.

Agent who takes the stress out of selling our homes
One Agency has restored my faith in honest, helpful and not greedy agents. Not only did they sell both my daughter's home, they went beyond and above as agents in providing huge support in evicting a difficult tenant who refused to leave the home once sold. They provided emotional support and regular updates on all aspects of the sales. Although a difficult time with the tenant, One Agency made the selling experience enjoyable and were both loyal and fair to both the buyer and the seller. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I met Sandy and was instantly impressed with her straight forward attitude, explain the sale process in a simple way.
