Very personable, easy to deal with. Good upfront market advice, which was right on the money. Good advice as to the presentation required. Utilised a very good photographer. Not that keen on the electronic sign board, probably better utilised on a main street. Needed to follow up for updates after open homes (possibly us wanting to know before all of the open homes were finished), but email and text communication was good. Talked through the auction procedures clearly, although the reserve price was a little confusing. The auctioneer used was very good (Frank) and we would also recommend him. All in all, we were very happy with the advice and result received from Sandy and would definitely recommend her.

We were looking for an agent that would not only sell our house quickly, but guide us through the large job of preparing the house before putting it on the market. We were most pleased with Sandy's work from our first meeting after which we were confident that she was the right person to sell our rather unique property. We were not dissapointed. Sandy was well connected with good tradies to help prepare the property for sale and her advice on styling and referral to a great styling outfit no doubt expedited sale of the property. Open houses were programmed at good times and well publicised including as "House of the Week" in the Canberra Times. The house was sold in a time frame short of the Canberra norm for time on market. And finally, although not the deciding factor for us in selecting an agent, commision and marketing costs are at the right end of the scale. Sandy Morris is friendly, helpful and easy to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending Sandy.
