We recently sold our house in Kambah with the help and guidance of Sandy Morris of ‘ONEAGENCY’ Real Estate. From our first meeting with Sandy, through to the auction of our property, we found her and her associates in ‘ONEAGENCY’ to be professional, enthusiastic and encouraging in all our dealings with them. Sandy explained the current real estate market, taking into account our reasons for selling as soon as practical, and advised us on the best way to present our property for display, as we had no real grasp of how to effectively present a property to maximise its true potential. We were kept fully appraised of the administrative and other requirements to be addressed in selling a property via her emails, phone conversations and personal visits. This gave us the confidence and peace of mind that the selling procedures etc were under professional control. Additionally, this allowed us time to concentrate on the other personal aspects of the “moving house” process – in our case moving interstate to be with our family. It is fair to say that we both consider that we were pretty lucky stumbling onto ‘ONEAGENCY’ when we didn’t really have a clue as to where to start looking for a very good real estate agent. For once our “gut-feeling” – plus, of course, high sale statistics etc., paid off.
