Michael is very professional. He estimated how much the property might fetch which was only a little over what I actually accepted. The viewings and follow up went smoothly despite a covid hicough with one of the tenants. He was easy to contact for questions and updates and kept me informed about progress and about what I needed to do. What could have been a very stressful few months was very free of hassle for me and settlement has gone through smoothly on time. I couldn't be happier with the service.
