I had a great experience having Ash as my real estate agent for my first home, and will always recommend him to first home buyers and investors. You will never regret Ash’s service after doing business with him as your sales agent. He is very reasonable to seller and buyer.

The selling of our property could not have been easier with; trust, reassurance and guidance. We have bought and sold properties before, we do not come to real estate as fools. Our statement of commendation for our experience with Ash comes from experience of other Agents over the years. Our pre-market conversations on; price, expectations, suburb, advertising, fees . . . was met with good respectful and honest discussion, we appreciated this level of professionalism. Communication; there was not one time when we thought, 'we should call Ash', his dialogue was on point and we where never forgotten with Ash's other listings. With many thanks to Ash. Without hesitation if Ash is available to sell your property - snap up this opportunity. If you're purchasing you too will be in good standing with your new place.

Travis appraised the property significantly higher than competition, and most importantly he was right - achieving the sale price target that he promised. He is professional, trustworthy and has a solid team supporting him.

Ash had faith that as tenants we could buy the rental property we were living in and with his support along with Mia we were able to achieve that goal. We are still in shock of that being reality. The entire team at O’Neil - from reception to tenant services and property management, all the way to the sales team and Ash are amazing people who make dreams come true. Thanks again guys, we will forever feel indebted to you. 10/10 service
