Nick estimated a price that was spot on to sell my unit 2 days after advertising! This certainly reduced the possible levels of anxiety that occur with longer sales periods, more viewings and possible price reductions! Cherry on the cake- this was the highest price for an apartment sale ever in this complex! Well done Nick!

Additional care and attention was also provided to engage with a cleaner to prepare the property for the buyers final inspection.
