Very impressed with Nick's approach which is not pushy. He is keen and knowledgeable with communication, and we trust his opinions and options to get a sale across the line. He has a not a hassle approach and friendly attitude to any issues that come up. He gets straight onto anything that pops up and requires his attention. This is our third house we have sold through Nick Oates at Page and Pearce in Townsville over the past two years. We are very happy with the results. It's been a good experience. If we seek to buy another property, we will definitely be calling on Nick to advise.

Very well supported
Very happy with Michael throughout the entire sales process even prior to listing, while we were finalising renovations.
