Leanne has been outstanding in the field of real estate sales.
Leanne has come to use via Page and Pearce Real Estate agency in Townsville. She has explained how the Page and Pearce team have a huge success rate in house sales and we have put our total faith in her and the company. Thank goodness for Leanne and the team. The sale of the house has not only been outstanding, but to use the electronic system shows that Leanne and the team are totally up to speed with using the latest technology and processes to prevent excessive time for sales and other internal / government processes from making the sale process take longer than needed. Supportive and responsive
I would love to thank Leanne for being so supportive through my very first home buying process. She was so helpful and always responded in a super quick, timely manner when wanting to inspect the property, when needing any information regarding the properly or the contract. Her team were also very helpful when I needed questions answered. Toward the end of the buying process which took some time due to contract issues and Family Home Guarantee requirements Leanne was very supportive and touched based regularly to make sure I was ok and the process was going along as planned. She always touched based with me via text messages and made me feel comfortable and looked after when interacting with her. Thanks so much Leanne!

Honest, knowledgeable and reliable
Leanne was amazing to deal with. This is our first home and we were very overwhelmed but Leanne made the whole process painless. Sound experience with opportunities to improve the selling experience
Leanne was always pleasant to deal with and ultimately we achieved the desired outcome. From my perspective, opportunities to improve include proactive communication (even if there is no new news to share) as at times it felt like I had to follow up Leanne to get a status update. I also found it strange that we never heard from Leanne again after the contracts were finalised. To put this into perspective, we were also selling a house in Western Australia at the same time and the quality of communication and follow up by our WA sales agent throughout the process including post settlement was world's apart from what we experienced with your company.

It's a funny market but Leanne came through and delivered as promised.
We were definitely attracted to the 'no sale no fee' as it suited our requirements at the time and ultimately Leanne found the right buyer who saw the same value in the property as we did. Leanne was helpful with what we needed to service the property during the market period as we lived out of town. Totally recommend Page and Pearce and Leanne for great commitment and professionalism.
