From my perspective, opportunities to improve include proactive communication (even if there is no new news to share) as at times it felt like I had to follow up Leanne to get a status update. I also found it strange that we never heard from Leanne again after the contracts were finalised. To put this into perspective, we were also selling a house in Western Australia at the same time and the quality of communication and follow up by our WA sales agent throughout the process including post settlement was world's apart from what we experienced with your company.

As we had to trade-off the price we received for the house against the purchase of a retirement unit within a short time you can imagine the stress we were experiencing. Leanne managed the whole process superbly; she helped us maintain an optimistic outlook, but was very realistic about how the process was going.
