Leanne was very helpful with the initial process and kept in contact regularly.
The process of selling was not difficult and the agent helped as much as possible. Leanne always answered any questions without hesitation and if in unavailable always returned our calls that day. The projection for the sale price was very close considering the current market.

Above and Beyond!
Leanne went above and beyond to help us with our most recent house sale. Was always upfront with everything and if was unsure of anything would go and find the answer! Leanne was such a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend to work with. Just made everything hassle free!!

Amazing Agent

Trustworthy estate agent

A bit of struggle to get there
We negotiated hard with this agent and got a deal however there were several issues with the building report. Following the issues developing, communications was poor and patchy. Fortunately, we were able to get there in the end. We also wanted to offer Page and Pearce the selling agent exclusives rights to property manage the property as an investment but the agency never rung back. Communications is definitely not the forte of Page and Pearce!
