When we decided to sell the property this year, Sheryl talked us through the process in realistic terms about what we could expect and the process involved in selling, which made it almost effortless for us. She always made herself available to answer questions, she kept us informed along the way and while we were getting the property ready for sale, she advised on everything from small changes to the larger fixes that were needed. Overall, we were pleased with the result as we had wanted to present the property in an honest light but in the best possible condition. In the end, we were thrilled with the result and even more so when it sold under the hammer on the day above our expected reserve.
