I invited Julia to appraise our home and I felt comfortable with her straight away. Julia is a straight shooter and does not tell you things you want to hear, she tells you as it is. Unfortunately, we did not sell at auction. I am all about everything happens for a reason so I was not devastated at the time. I knew when the time was right it would sell. We stayed "for sale silently" so no advertising or open for inspections. Some time later Julia called with someone wanting to inspect. They made an offer and it all worked out.
