I invited Julia to appraise our home and I felt comfortable with her straight away. Julia is a straight shooter and does not tell you things you want to hear, she tells you as it is. Unfortunately, we did not sell at auction. I am all about everything happens for a reason so I was not devastated at the time. I knew when the time was right it would sell. We stayed "for sale silently" so no advertising or open for inspections. Some time later Julia called with someone wanting to inspect. They made an offer and it all worked out. It is a stressful time and to have someone like Julia helping the process was great. Julia always took my calls and understood my whacky ways! I even asked her advice when we were purchasing our new home. I have absolutley no hesitation in recommending Julia and McDonald Upton Real Estate All the best Julia! Dee

I certainly would recommend Simon, he sat down at the start of the selling process, explained everything clearly, up front and was clear concise and did not fluff or exaggerate.
