We were particularly impressed with her attention to detail, through regular and detailed email and phone communications after each opening, and in the lead up to auction. We felt she was always acting on our behalf. This was key to us maintaining a clear objective and realistic idea of what we hoped to achieve with our property sale, especially given we lived interstate. Gillian took extra care to make our property presentable at every opening, with little extra efforts after windy or wet weather. Luke went above and beyond for me and my husband. He organised for everything to be fixed, walls painted, oven and carpet replaced nothing was too much trouble. This effort was then realised when he negotiated a price that was acceptable to us and the buyers. His care and attention to detail was so appreciated by us. I literally want to give him 11 out of 5 stars. I cannot recommend him highly enough. As an added bonus was our dealings with his charming and highly efficient daughter Emily. We are grateful to them both.

Gillian was terrific when we sold our property. We both live out of Canberra in different states, so were not familiar with the local market and had to make many decisions while far away. She clearly had a deep knowledge of the local market and helped us work out an effective marketing strategy. Gillian was in constant communication with us. We were informed of every development very soon after it happened. She provided detailed feedback after each open home about buyer interest in the property. By the time of the auction, we felt well informed and prepared to make those important decisions like where to set the reserve price. She is also a warm and honest person.
