She has gone over and above in all aspects in her dealings with us and she was very transparent in regard to the whole sales process. Gillian helped me sell my townhouse in southern Canberra. I found her to be highly professional and experienced, pleasant to deal with, and full of good lateral suggestions: not only for the marketing campaign but during the renovations that preceded it. She is an excellent communicator and highly reliable. Gillian knows the industry well and has a good eye for detail. She was most reassuring when I ran into some hiccups with my renovation.
