Debbie was extremely professional, easy to talk to and clearly knows the Campbell market; she successfully organised a three-week campaign which culminated in a successful sale at auction, at a price significantly above my expectations. Debbie assisted greatly with the daunting process of preparing an older home for sale in a short timeframe, through her access to a list of very good tradesmen/professionals and her organisational skills. Debbie made good suggestions for preparing the house, ensured things were done in a logical order and oversaw much of the process herself. She organised an effective marketing campaign and kept us informed throughout the open homes, giving us feedback from prospective buyers and accurately predicting the level of interest at auction. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone selling a house in Campbell or elsewhere in Canberra.

Debbie Maddigan provided excellent assistance in selling my property. Debbie knows the Campbell market inside out and made very helpful suggestions in preparing the property for sale. She was always available to help with any questions and followed up each showing with a phone call to tell me how many viewers there were, so I always felt in touch with how it was going. After a successful option her excellent service continued - keeping me informed of settlement date and questions from the buyer. Overall, I believe that she really is the best agent for Campbell.

We are so pleased we selected Debbie to sell our Watson unit. From the beginning she made some helpful suggestions for us to present the unit in its best light then helped prepare a marketing strategy taking into account school holidays and several other issues we had not considered at all. Whilst the unit was on the market, she kept us fully informed on open days results including feedback received from potential buyers enabling us to improve our presentation or to obtain additional information of interest to buyers.
