This is only my first month renting with Hayman Partners, and I can say with confidence that this has been the best real estate experience to date I've ever had as a tenant. Our property manager and the other Hayman staff I have dealt with have been warm and professional. I'm so used to being dismissed or blamed as a tenant, or not being provided with proper documents, handovers and condition reports. Hayman have been extremely thorough with the whole move-in and start of lease process, and I have felt so welcomed (and informed!) as a tenant. I genuinely am looking forward to the rest of my lease with them, and if I do have to move on down the track I will try my utmost to stay with this agency. I used to be terrified to call my previous agency to ask for help or maintenance - Hayman have made the issues regarding moving in and maintenance so easy to deal with, they have gone above and beyond to sort them out in a timely manner, kept me updated and informed during the whole process, and have treated me with nothing but respect and understanding. I feel so comfortable should I ever need to request assistance from Hayman in the future. Renting can be a horrible experience and can add all sorts of additional stress to a tenant's every day life (I just left a nightmarish rental scenario) - but Hayman have competently shown that while it CAN be a horrible experience, it doesn't actually HAVE to be. Other property management groups could really learn something from Hayman. From basic client interactions to conducting all aspects of their business with professionalism and integrity.
