Rianna is a fantastic agent who cares for our best outcome
Rianna is extremely professional and very knowledgeable in real estate. She was always up front and honest with us and we had no hesitation in following all of her recommendations. Our house sold within a week of engaging Rianna's services. Very happy with that as we had a pretty tight timeline to work with. As a person she is just beautiful. Very caring and always wanting to do what is best for her clients. The house sold for more than we expected and was pretty much seamless.

Fantastic Service and Informative
When we first contacted Jamie, we didn't anticipate anything much from him. However we were both blown away with the information and support provided by Jamie, he is very helpful in providing anything you need. He was very information as we needed this to make a decision for this block. Jamie was very understanding in regards to our needs, and very helpful when negotiations took place on the block. We bought, and it was a very successful outcome. A couple weeks went by and settlement came and went, Took us by surprise however we received a beautiful gift in the mail upon settlement and this in itself shows the gratitude and being blown away. 100% would use Jamie and Peterlees, nothing else so far compares to them and I have had a lot of dealings with other agents and Real Estates.

Rianna, helped us through a difficult time over and above her call of duty as a real estate agent.
We travelled to Launceston to deal with a deceased estate, the place was a mess Rianna valued the property, efficiently organised the clean up and sale of the property which happened in a very short period of time.

Excellent service in a market where not all agents are having to work hard
Rianna was just wonderful. Her communication was second to none. Rianna made our purchse extremely easy, even though we were in Brisbane and had to arrange our visits to the property by flying down. Helping us was never any trouble for Rianna. Highly recommend her to anyone. Many agents that we spoke to were so very disappointing and dishonest. It is easy to be a successful agent in a hot market, but we will remember how well Rianna treated us, even when the market is much harder for the agents. Well done Rianna. :-)

One in a million
Rianna goes above and beyond what you expect (works even when she is off), very knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions, and soothe those pre-sale jitters. Would highly recommend, will def be seeking her assistance in any future transactions.
