I feel that this request is quite premature as we are only part way through our “experience”. If whoever is promoting this survey considers the agents task is done and dusted, I will say that we are not of that opinion, and I don’t think that looking for cudos at this time reflects well on the attitude of the agent or the business towards purchasers. If it’s Peter Lees promoting this, I would have thought that it would be prudent to wait until at least the completion of the sale and settlement before seeking someone’s opinion regarding their experience. If it’s rate my agent who is promoting this I again think you have jumped the gun and hope you provide this feedback to Peter Lees as I certainly will. Steve Sharples.

When we first met Jamie for an appraisal he was very professional yet kind. His engaging personality made him easy to deal with. At all times we felt he was working for the best outcome possible for us. He provided sound advice without a lot of unnecessary self promotion. It was all about us and that made us feel that we were in safe hands. His straightforward manner and ability to have a good Irish chuckle made for a happy partnership. The whole team were fun and supportive, caring about how we were doing. Finally as we went to market, our house was sold the first day in for the full asking price. Jamie handled the sale very professionally. We at no time felt pressured and he made it clear that he ‘worked for us’ and that it was our decision as to whether we took the first offer, or continued on, endeavouring to raise the price further. We accepted the great contract he got for us and in a day it was all done. This was a seamless process which we desperately needed. I would recommend Jamie to anyone looking for an agent to market their property. Thankyou Jamie, great job!
