We entered the market to sell our property with certain expectations of what we wanted in an agent and took our time to review the market and several agents. We had identified Jake from attending previous property inspections in years past as someone we felt presented well, engaged at the right level at open homes, prepared to give you space if you needed, but was professional and helpful when you engaged. He responded to a number of initial emails and provided an initial valuation in a prompt and professional manner when there was no certainty of a sale, and continued to engage over a few months as we progressed to selling. We found Jake carried our previous positive perceptions of him through the pre-sales conversations, and once we decided to engage him as our agent he continued to demonstrate good communication, provide advice, explain reasoning behind suggestions, respond promptly and assist where we had questions or needed to talk options through. We made some requests on information we wanted provided during the process that I'm sure aren't necessarily part of the normal process and Jake didn't hesitate to assist and provide what we were looking for. Overall the process with Jake was easy, painless, stress free and professional. Probably the most difficult achievement of all, he met our high expectations through the whole process. We have engaged with Jake on more than one property and would not hesitate to do so again, or recommend him highly.
