Did the job twice for us.
Jake had successfully and quickly sold one of our rental properties a few years ago. His strategy was superb, and put 3 prospective purchasers in a bidding contest within a few days. Needless to say our expectations were met and exceeded. We had no hesitation in talking with him for this sale, and again he came through with 3 contracts in 5 days. One contract was nearly 150k over asking price. Well done Jake, apart from being a thoughly nice bloke and a great family man, he gets the job done. Congratulations Graeme.
