Our experience with Jake was outstanding. It all began with a first meeting around 12 months prior to actually listing with him when we were trying to decide whether to sell or not. After that first meeting and after also having spoken to other agents, we decided when the time was right, Jake would be our pick. His local and general real estate knowledge and easy going nature was evident from the beginning. Over time there was no pressure from Jake to list, however every now and again we would get a friendly text just to check up and see if things were going OK for us, and to let us know that he was there if we needed him. Just prior to us making an offer on the house we have purchased, we checked with him on a likely outcome of the sale of our home. He met those outcomes and then some. We could not have been happier with Jake, his hard working PA Kate and the team at Petrusma Property at Howrah.
