On our first meeting with Jake to discuss selling, we were sure we could safely place the sale of our loved family home in his capable and confident hands. Because of his awesome knowledge of the local market, surrounding suburbs and services we knew he would be able to highlight our home's awesome location to any potential purchasers. His can-do approach to pricing and marketing were very reassuring and he very quickly achieved what we wanted in terms of price and conditions. Jake is professional and presents really well but he is also very friendly and approachable and while we appreciated those traits for ourselves as vendors, we also knew that any interested purchasers would find Jake easy to deal with. Jake's assistant, Emily, was also very helpful and kept us in the loop with plenty of communication and opportunities to ask questions. Jake's communication throughout the process was outstanding, particularly as we were selling from interstate. Updates on the process we're free following, and in the rare case Jake was unavailable, Emily his PA was across every detail of our sale.
