Jake and his assistant, Emily, were both very helpful and knowledgeable. As out of state purchasers, they were very helpful with explaining the local contracts, procedures and regulations. Between the two of them, communication was efficient and the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask. There was no pressure in the purchase or signing of the contract. We'd feel very comfortable recommending them to any prospective buyers.

Jake and the team at Petrusma Howrah were instrumental in securing the sale of our block of land in the Otago area. The block had unique features that would only interest a limited number of buyers. Although in a buyers market and limited land offerings in the area many prospective buyers viewed the block and contacted the office but didn't suit their needs. Jake always kept us informed, remained positive but with a realistic outlook securing a contract after about 4 months on the market. He helped us through the process but we felt that we were in control and that Jake had our best interests in mind. Jake always treated us with utmost respect and was available to chat or discuss any aspect and to keep us up to date on prospective buyers and their feedback.
