Jake and Alisha guided us through Petrusma's approach to selling and the supply and demand as it applied now. We were convinced to proceed with selling now rather than waiting until later in the year. The preparatory services were supplied as agreed with the only issue being that the address was advertised as Avenue and not Street. It is only a minor point, but Petrusma Real Estate were advised by us of this but it remained uncorrected. Two open homes (Thursday and Saturday) were conducted and from that 3 offers received, one of which was accepted. Overall, the process was a good experience, however as we were not familiar with the selling process, we would have appreciated a little more contact from the agents between contract signing and open home. Especially advice on presentation would have made us more comfortable. Fortunately, we had information from another agent that we used as guidance.

I found Jake was extremely informative of the pricing that he put on 51 Shoreline Drive Howrah, which was also a pricing very pleasing to me. He pointed out his strategy in negotiating for the very best pricing and I had 7 offers in less than a week. Jake always kept me informed of the 2 open houses and I couldn't recommend him highly enough as the best Realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I live in Brisbane and only wish he was here for any more of my future sales.

That we actually achieved higher than the market range you originally proposed was excellent and frankly, unexpected! I have always dealt with Petrusma Property in the past, and I am so happy I came back to you guys again, this time. I very much doubt we would have achieved the same type of result and price if we gone with a different agent. Your personal conduct, along with that of your team, was of the highest professional standards. You guys actually 'believed' in our house, and sold it with such enthusiasm, and I have no doubt the result we achieved was a direct reflection of this.
