Our property was advertised and sold in approximately 1 week. We received a realistic market price and exceptional conditions to the sale. Jake seemed to really know the neighbourhood and the market, and was honest with us. We chose Jake over other agents due to his experience and expertise and track record of results, plus the professionalism of his team and marketing. Jake and his team communicated clearly and promptly with us throughout the whole process, and they gave us valuable advice. We were really happy with the speed at which our property sold, the offers that Jake procured (especially during uncertain financial times), and the final sale price was bang on our target. Anita was referred to me by a friend and I found her very helpful, in that she kept in touch with me and arranged everything to my timeline. She had great advice on how to present my home for sale. The advertising background was handled easily - and when the finished photo spread was shown, it was amazing. My home sold quickly and with very little disruption to my routine as Anita handled all aspects with aplomb. Anita’s great strength and professionalism is her communication. Any questions or clarifications I needed sorted ( not that there were many), she answered very quickly, usually responding to phone calls within minutes. She explained the whole process very clearly at the outset, provided great resources for cleaning, conveyancing, etc. She also worked extremely well with my children, one of whom is probably overly protective of me, but Anita has won her over and has even gained her respect! And that’s extraordinarily rare. I would thoroughly recommend Anita to anyone but especially to older persons like myself who have limited experience and knowledge about selling their family home after decades of living in it. She wasn’t “pushy “ or impatient but treated me with courtesy. The best reference of course is the result - a quick sale at a price suiting both vendor and buyer - arranged through the efforts of the agent and Anita has excelled in this instance.
