Nicky Kruger of Petrusma Property, Lindisfarne, has been taking care of our our Old Beach acreage property for a few years now and we couldn't ask for a better property agent. It's not your average property, having been an old school building, with inherent issues of older properties. Nicky is very quick to contact us with issues with the property or tenants. She facilitates quotes and access by trades in a timely fashion. She gives us the good, the bad and even the ugly sometimes with professionalism and is always ready with options for a solution, so we can make decisions quickly. We are very confident that our property is in good hands with Nicky.

She had answers for every question and answers for ones we didn't know we had. Strong two way communication of what we needed to do at what stage. Left excellent care instructions gave good notes. Worked hard to see what we needed. Fixed urgent problems we had when we moved in with Plumming in exceptional timing. I don't think we could ask for better.

The management team at Petrusma Property are efficient and clear in every communication. As soon as they get the go ahead fo anything, it happens swiftly and efficiently. Re renting my property recently was handled without fuss to me as it was all handled professionally by the team. Monthly statements are very easy to understand. Overall I give a rating of 5☆s.

This year I have dived back into the rental market after purchasing my own home. Renting through Petrusma has been accomodating and friendly, all I could ask for. Nicki has been a gem and allowed myself to have a separate viewing of the house before I signed the lease, which I very much appreciated. Also following up with maintenance requests and being transparent and maintaining clear communication with myself and my roommate. The only issues we have had is the contractors not communicating with myself about what day/ time they will be coming to the property, but that is on them. All in all a very positive experience so far. I am looking forward to keep renting through this agency and Nicki.

Overall my experience with this agent has been reasonable. The rental property manager has changed a few times over the last few years and at times the communication has not been as timely as I would like (can take a while to respond to emails and phone calls). Other than that I have no complaints.
