The dream team!
This was the second time we engaged the dream team Evan and Caitlin to sell a property and both times they have well exceeded our expectations in every facet of the process. They gave very clear and helpful advice on how to prepare the property for sale. Then as the sale needed to proceed quickly and was at Christmas time and I had to prepare the property myself Evan even offered to help with the garden and moving furniture - it was unbelievable and so appreciated. Evan continued to work hard on the sale of our property throughout the Christmas period. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he continually kept us updated. We ended up with a superb sale price and Evan made the process very easy. I believe it is a credit to his character that I understand Evan was used in a procession of sales from buyers of which our property was one. I wholeheartedly recommend Evan to all of my friends who are selling or buying as a genuine, experienced and highly skilled agent as I do here.

Very Outcomes Focussed
We were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale and with Evan's role in guiding, supporting and drawing the best opportunities presented to us to a close. In particular, Evan was excellent to work with in the initial stages of framing a marketing strategy and price; he guided and advised appropriately but ensured that the final decisions were ours and responded well to our wishes and directions. throughout the process In addition, when there were interests expressed he was extremely responsive in following up on potential buyers and in keeping us informed of their interest in our property. Decisions to extend the negotiations were mutually discussed and acted on to achieve a positive outcome. In all, two very satisfied vendors who are appreciative of Evan's contributions to the sale of our home.
