We put our new property to rent with the PPD Property Management Team. Katrina, Eliza and Mirijana have been excellent. They exceeded their initial rental estimate and managed to secure tenants from the first open house. They kept us informed throughout the process and continued to provide regular updates. I literally cannot fault the work this team did from the moment I spoke to them regarding renting out my property. They immediately got onto the advertising and open for inspections and gave me constant feedback and communication by SMS, phone calls and emails. Jacob was fantastic throughout the process - we chatted during inspections, but then he rang me shortly after I inspected two properties on the Saturday to check how I felt and whether I wanted to apply, gave me some advice on how best to do it and when to get my application in by. He then rang me a couple of times on the Monday to check in and keep me posted on how the application was going, all the way up until I was successful with the property. This is the best and most personal assistance I've had so far in finding a property and would highly recommend - it made the entire process far easier and less stressful!
