If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. Kat and her team were a textbook example of exactly how to do it. Professional, courteous, super efficient, knew the lay of the land and all the right things to say. Plus enjoyable to work with. Importantly, they bothered to think about what would work, or not, for the location and who be a good tenant for us. Thought about the costs and options for us. Most importantly: got the job done in the first week at the price they said it would go for. What more could you want. Just hire her !
