Sean from PPD is our property manager and he has been fantastic in everything so far. Quick organisation, accurate on timing and delivers a great service everytime we call on him. Sean actions our requests within 30minutes which is very impressive. He’s always very punctual with phone calls and follows up immediately. I’d recommend Sean to anyone, he’s made the tedious problems of renting very seamless and easy. He’s also very polite and approachable. Ashlee was very patient in answering the many questions I had, and most helpful with suggestions of what to do to prepare my apartment for lease. She was confident about the rent I could expect in the current market and succeeded in quickly finding a great tenant. I was also impressed with the consideration she put into discussing the various applications with me. Whilst it's early days, I've also found my property manager, Ferhat, to be similarly helpful and responsive.
