He was always available and is genuinely empathetic as to how stressful (and emotional) it can be to sell a properly. His knowledge of Bronte is second to none, having grown up in the area. I wouldn't sell a property in Bronte without using David.

We have now known Daniel for 9 years. We first met him as the agent selling a home to us. He treated us, as potential buyers, so well (no ridiculous real estate run around other sales agents had put us through, up front, honest and fair). When it came to sell that house we wanted our potential buyers treated well and we knew Daniel was someone we wanted to work with. His market knowledge in the area is second to none and his results speak for themselves. However, where Daniel really excels is his commitment to his clients - he always goes the extra mile. Not only has Daniel now sold two properties for us, he also found our current house in Woollahra (5 years ago) and the house we have just purchased in Randwick. Both properties were not his listings and had not yet hit the market. By listening to our needs over the years and keeping in touch (appropriately - unlike some agents, Daniel will not call you weekly when you are not looking to sell or buy!) he knew they were right for us and arranged us to see each property as soon as possible. He was right on both occasions and we purchased each property within 10 days of viewing it. He received a great result for his colleagues and for us, without a second thought for the additional time for potentially no short-term gain.
