Tristan did a great job for us. He’s a good communicator, extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. He helped set up and coordinate a process to get the property ready for sale, provided good insight into the market and gave us confidence in making decisions about strategy and price. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks after listing, the COVID-19 restrictions hit the market and a sale was starting to look unlikely. However, Tristan showed great resilience and pushed on in trying circumstances to somehow find a buyer and close a deal, without us having to compromise too much on price. We would definitely recommend Tristan and engage him again in the future.

We can not thank Daniel enough for his, and Siobhan’s, continuous help and guidance throughout our campaign in what was a very interesting time. We listed the week prior to the COVID lockdown and Daniel was nothing but calm, confident and caring through the entire 6 days we were live prior to sale.
