I did some due diligence on suitable agents prior to the sale of our property and Sean was one of many recommended. After interviewing a number of other agents it was very evident Sean stood out, his knowledge, professionalism and integrity were obvious. From the start it was a team effort, great pictures taken, floor-plans and styling tips to appeal more to the market. After every inspection Sean gave us a detailed breakdown of all parties and he would then follow up with calls to gauge and keep their interest, followed by a detailed weekly written report. Once we got an offer, Sean engaged with our Conveyancing Lawyer, the buyers Lawyer and indeed the buyer himself to ensure everything went smooth.
