Christian and his colleague Stephanie were quick and efficient in all of their work. The property was shown and offers were received prior to auction. Christian handled all the negotiations with the potential purchasers and recommended we should sell at the price of the highest offer received rather than proceed to auction. That was well prior to auction and we saved the auctioneer fee. At all times Christian and Stephanie were a pleasure to deal with and we were very happy with their services and would use their services again.

We actually bought this property via Anthony and was so impressed with him we then rented our property out via PPD just because he was working out of there.
